Most teenagers don’t know what they want to do with their lives. Davi Braga is not most teenagers; he knew what he wanted to do-and was already doing it.

Braga pursued his idea of selling school supplies to students by starting up his own company, LIST-It.

Products can be bought either through LIST-IT’s website or cellphone application.

After customers have chosen their source, all they need to do is type in their school and the supplies they want.

The supplies they need would be automatically listed. For items they already have, they can unselect from the virtual shopping cart.

If what they need doesn’t happen to be listed, they have the ability to add it to their list.

“It is very similar to the online shopping company, Amazon,” said Braga.

Braga’s experience with entrepreneurship has given him the opportunity to have his own T.E.D. talk, where spoke about his secrets to happiness as he is under the pressure of school and work.

The startup eventually made it to Shark Tank, a television program themed around prospects, who try to sell investors, known as “sharks”, their product.

Braga presented his company to the “sharks.”

He requested $50,000 from the investors and was given mentoring and connections, which would boost his business’ production and success.

One shark took a particular interest in Braga, going so far as giving him his book to success.

The success of LIST-IT eventually led him to writing his own book, an autobiography depicting how he started his business and his life as an adolescent business owner.

The book is titled “Empreender Grande, Desde Pequeno.”

The autobiography took Braga 9 months to write. It has sold over 15,000 copies and is currently available in only Brazil.

As of right now, the book is being translated into English.

Braga predicts the English translated book will be released soon.

Braga hopes to sell his book on Amazon.

Along with his success, Braga has become an inspirational figure to many.

Someone he inspired was his father, who followed his son’s lead and wrote his own book titled “Teaching Children To Learn.”

Although Braga’s success has brought him this far, he’s still moving forward.
